Steps: Open CFLEET application.
Login to the CFLEET System.
Access the Dashboard.
Navigate to the "Resource" section.
And then Select Voyage from the dropdown
Users can create a voyage by clicking the "+" (Plus) button. The voyage setup consists of two key sections:
This section captures all essential voyage-related data: you need to fill in the required voyage details, including the following fields:
Voyage Name: Unique name for the voyage.
Vessel Name: The ship assigned to this voyage.
Transport Type : sea
Carrier Name: A carrier name for a specific shipment
Shipper Liner : These companies own or lease vessels and provide services for cargo transportation.
Voyage Number: A unique identifier for each voyage.
Vessel IMO : The Vessel IMO (International Maritime Organization) Number is a unique seven-digit identification number assigned to a ship. It is issued by the IMO
Identifies ships globally. 2.Enhances maritime safety and security.
Helps track vessel history and ownership.
Required for regulatory compliance.
Carrier Service Code : The Carrier Service Code is a unique identifier used by shipping liners to specify a particular service route or trade lane that a carrier operates. It helps in identifying which service a vessel is assigned to and the specific ports it will cover.

Once voyage details are entered, users define the route by clicking the "+" (Plus) button. This includes:
Departure Port : The Departure Port is the port where a vessel begins its journey or where cargo is loaded onto the ship for transportation. It is the starting point of a shipping route in a voyage.
Departure Port Code : The Departure Port Code is a standardized five-character code (UN/LOCODE) assigned to a port, used for identifying the departure location in shipping
Examples of Departure Port Codes:
Rotterdam, Netherlands → NLRTM
Cutoff Date : The last date/time to deliver containers to the port.
Departure Date : The Departure Date in shipping refers to the date when a vessel leaves the departure port and begins its journey to the destination
Arrival Port : The Arrival Port is the destination port where a vessel is scheduled to arrive and unload cargo. It is the endpoint of the shipping route in a voyage.
Arrival Port Code : is a standardized five-character code (UN/LOCODE) that uniquely identifies the destination port where a vessel is scheduled to arrive.
Arrival Date : The Arrival Date in shipping refers to the date when a vessel reaches the destination port and is ready for cargo unloading
Transit Time : The Transit Time in shipping refers to the total duration a shipment takes to travel from the departure port to the arrival port. It is measured in days and depends on factors like distance, route, weather conditions, and port congestion.
Calculated as:
Transit Time = Arrival Date - Departure Date
Example Calculation Departure Port: Rotterdam (NLRTM) Departure Date: March 15, 2025 Arrival Port: New york ( Arrival Date: March 25, 2025 Transit Time: 10 Days
Once all details are filled,and save the voyage and proceed.
After creating a voyage, users may need to modify certain details.

Before Publishing the Voyage:
NVOCCs can edit all fields without restrictions.
Changes to departure/arrival details will automatically update the route information and transit time.
Editing a Voyage Before Publishing If the voyage is not yet published, all fields can be edited freely.
Steps:
1️⃣ Navigate to Voyage List
Go to the Voyage Management section.
Use the Search option to find the voyage.
2️⃣ Open the Voyage Details Page
Click on the voyage to view its details.
3️⃣ Edit Voyage Information
Click the edit icon (✏️) next to the field you want to modify.
Editable fields include: ✔ Departure Port ✔ Departure Date ✔ Cutoff Date ✔ Arrival Port ✔ Arrival Date
4️⃣ Save the Changes
After making edits, click Save to update the voyage.
After editing and saving a voyage, CFLEET can display Departure Date, Cutoff Date, and Arrival Date when users hover over the relevant fields.
Editing Voyage:
CFLEET can allow NVOCCs to edit and manage multiple ports in a voyage, including:
✔ Adding multiple departure or arrival ports
✔ Modifying existing ports
✔ Updating associated dates (Departure Date, Cutoff Date, Arrival Date)

✔ More Flexible Voyage Planning – Accommodates complex shipping routes.
✔ Improves Cargo Allocation – Allows NVOCCs to add intermediate ports for efficient transport.
✔ Enhances Scheduling Control – Updates transit times dynamically.
Important Restriction:
Editing is only possible before publishing the voyage.
Once published, further modifications are not allowed.
Once a voyage is created, users need to assign services to it.
🔹 Available Services:
✔ Cargo Handling – Managing container loading/unloading.
✔ Ocean Freight – Shipping goods via sea transport.
✔ Inland Freight-Container – Transporting containers to/from the port.
Navigate to the Services Section in the voyage details.
Select the required services by marking the checkboxes.
Click Publish to confirm.
📌 Note:
Users can only edit voyage details before publishing.
After publishing, modifications are not allowed.
once a booking is created in MyCargo
once a booking is created in MyCargo, it will be visible in the CFLEET Bookings section.

booking records include details such as Booking Reference, Booking Date, Booking Agency, Departure & Arrival Ports, Departure & Arrival Dates, and Booking Status.
click on the BK31DW00201 booking, a detailed Booking Information popup appears with all relevant details, including:
✅ Vessel Information (Vessel Name, Vessel Code, Departure & Arrival Ports, Dates, Voyage, Mode of Transport, Carrier)
✅ Commodities (Commodity Type, Number of Packages, Cargo Gross Weight & Volume)
✅ Parties (Party Name, Function, Email)
This confirms that the CFLEET Bookings section successfully retrieves and displays the booking details
CFLEET supports bulk booking to help companies manage multiple bookings efficiently.
1.Log in to CFLEET and go to Cargo tab from sidebar > Bookings List.
2.Select two bookings with the same route and similar dates.
3.Click Bulk Booking (appears after selection).
4.The Booking Details Page opens with booking and cargo info.i.e.Booking number, voyage, vessel IMO, ports, dates, carrier.
5.Click a Booking Number to view Commodity Details (Equipment, Weight, Volume).
Below, Service Charges are listed (Pick-Up, Delivery, Ocean Freight, etc.).
Users can create multiple bookings under the same voyage.
Each booking includes:
✔ Booking Reference ID
✔ Carrier Shipment ID
✔ Consignee & Shipper Details
✔ Container Type & Quantity
Example: A shipping company has a voyage from Rotterdam to New York. Multiple customers want to book space on the same voyage. Instead of creating bookings one by one, users can bulk-create bookings in CFLEET.
Each booking is assigned a Carrier Shipment ID, which links it to:
