¶ 📝 Registration in LSPWorld
You can create a free LSPWorld account by following the steps below.
¶ Step 1: Start Registration
On the LSPWorld homepage, click the Join LSPWorld for Free button located in the top-left corner.
The Create Your Account page will open.
¶ Step 2: Complete the Registration Form
Enter the required information in the registration form:
- First Name: Enter your first name
- Last Name: Enter your last name
- Email Address: Enter your email address
- Phone Number: Enter your phone number
- Username: Create a unique username for your LSPWorld account
- Password: Create a strong password
- Domain Name: Enter a unique name to represent your company, e.g.,
entoss. The name should be short, consist only of lowercase letters and numbers, and should not contain spaces, hyphens or special characters.
Click Create Account.
¶ Step 3: Sign In to LSPWorld
After successful registration, you will be redirected to the Console – LSPWorld page.
LSPWorld provides two options depending on your requirements:
¶ Option A: Publish Your Organization to LSPWorld
If you want to create and publish your organization on LSPWorld:
- On the Console – LSPWorld page, click Join LSPWorld for Free.
- The Sign In window will appear.
- Enter the Username and Password created during registration.
- Click Sign In.
After signing in, an Email Verification Required pop-up message will appear.
- Sender: support@pomfret.cloud
- Subject: Verify Email
- Verification Link Validity: 15 minutes
- Open the verification email.
- Click the verification link provided in the email.
- Once the email is successfully verified, your account will be activated automatically.
After successful email verification, you will be redirected to the Console – LSPWorld Organization Creation page. From here, you can:
- Create your organization profile.
- Publish your organization to LSPWorld.
¶ Option B: Access the LSPWorld Application
If you would like to access and use the LSPWorld application:
- On the Console – LSPWorld page, click Visit LSPWorld.
- You will be redirected to the LSPWorld application. On the LSPWorld landing page, click Login.
- The Sign In window will appear.
- Enter the Username and Password created during registration.
- Click Sign In.
After signing in, an Email Verification Required pop-up message will appear.

- Subject: Verify Email

- Open the verification email.
- Click the verification link provided in the email.
- Once the email is successfully verified, your account will be activated automatically.

The Filters panel allows users to narrow down organization search results based on services, countries, and organization types. Filters update results instantly.

Example: Selecting "NVOCC" and "Freight Forwarder" will list only those organizations matching the selected categories.

Follow the steps below to publish your organization and make it visible in the global directory.
- Register & sign in to Pomfret Console Console User Guide
- Subscribe / install ERM Subscribe to Free ERM from the Pomfret Console. From the Console Dashboard, locate the ERM application card and click Subscribe or Install. Show a success notification once the card is active.
- Open ERM and sign in Click the ERM card on Console to navigate to ERM. Sign in with the same console account (single sign-on where available).

Publish to LSPWorld
Publish via ERM → LSPWorld
After saving the organization, click "Publish to LSPWorld". Once published, the organization will appear in the global directory.

Organization Access Without Subscription:
Users can create and edit organizations directly from the Console without requiring a subscription.
¶ Steps to Create a New Organization in Pomfret Console
- Log in to Pomfret Cloud
- From the left-hand sidebar, click on Organization.
- On the Organization page, click the 'Create New Organization' button.
- Fill out the organization creation form.

- Organization Name – Enter organization name
- Publish to LSPWorld – Checkbox
- Organization Type

- Mobile Number – e.g., +1 234 567 8900
- Website – www.example.com
- Address Information
- Address Line 1 – Street address
- Address Line 2 – Apartment, suite, etc. (optional)

- State / Province

- Currency Information
- Default Currency – Search & select
- Accepted Currencies – Search & add multiple

¶ ✏️ Modify Organization Details
- Log in to Pomfret Cloud
- From the left-hand sidebar, click on Organization.
- Locate the organization you want to update in the list.
- Click the Edit (✏️) button next to the organization.
- Update the fields such as:
- Name
- Organization Type
- Contact details
- Address
- Currency settings
- Logo
- Primary service
- After making changes, click Save to update the organization.
